Olesya Turkina

Olesya Turkina is a Senior Research Fellow at the Department of Contemporary Art of the State Russian Museum. A board member and a regular contributor toKhudozhestvennyi Zhurnal (Moscow Art Magazine), she is the author of over 200 publications on contemporary art, including articles in Flash Art International and ArtReview. She has curated over 30 contemporary art exhibitions at The State Russian Museum (Saint Petersburg), Stedelijk Museum (Amsterdam), Pori Art Museum (Finland) among other venues. She was the curator of the Russian Pavilion at the 48th Venice Biennale.
