Richard Barbrook 

Richard Barbrook is an English media theorist, academic, essayist, and tutor. Studied in the universities of Cambridge, Essex and Kent. For the past few years has been a coordinator in the School of Social Sciences, Humanities and Languages at the University of Westminster, where he also developed and now is the course leader of the Master’s program Hypermedia Studies. Working with Andy Cameron, he wrote "The Californian Ideology" (1995), a pioneering critique of the neo-liberal politics of Wired magazine.
