Caroline Cros

Caroline Cros is a French curator and art historian, specializing in art of twentieth–beginning of twenty-first century. Since 2000, she has taught contemporary art history in The École du Louvre, in different years curated exhibitions at Palais de Tokyo (Paris), Musée d'Art moderne de la Ville de Paris, and Musée des Beaux-Arts de Rouen. Cros studies works by Marcel Duchamp, surrealists, and Francis Bacon. In 2012 she became one of the founders of a private foundation in Monaco, dedicated to Bacon.
